The “one truth” practice

  1. Take 3 deep, slow breaths.

  2. Place your hand over your solar plexus (just above your belly button).

  3. Ask yourself gently:“What do I know to be true in this moment?”

  4. Don’t force it. Let your body answer, not your mind.

  5. Write it down or say it aloud. One sentence is enough. Trust what rises.
