Cancellation Policy

ThriveEssence™ Corporate Booking Guidelines Thank you for considering ThriveEssence™ to support your team’s wellbeing and performance. To help things run smoothly, here are a few helpful guidelines: * Bookings are confirmed once a date is agreed and initial payment is received. * If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 10 business days’ notice, as preparation time is allocated in advance. For cancellations: – More than 14 business days: no charge – Within 14 business days: a partial fee may apply to cover preparation time – Within 5 business days: the full fee may be charged, depending on the circumstances Payment is typically due either in full or split (e.g., part upfront, part closer to delivery). We’ll confirm what works best at the time of booking. We aim to be flexible where we can, while also protecting the time and energy that goes into preparing a high-quality experience for your team.
