This is our second annual Reach Out wellbeing conference and we're so excited you too, are considering attending!

Self-care is such an important part of our wellbeing and if we ignore it or just deal with band-aid and tip of the iceberg strategies it is extremely unlikely that significant, lasting, change will occur.  Instead, we need to get to the underlying issues (as uncomfortable as they may be for some people) if we want things to change effectively. After all - whether you acknowledge the good, bad, and downright ugly or not, the reality of what happened doesn't change!

Don't be fooled by pretenders offering you a quick fix - it is our belief that what is needed are proven and effective solutions to assist you in dealing with the everyday demands of your life - a toolbox of resources you can refer to when required.  And that's what we are aiming to deliver at this year's conference!

What will you learn.png
