This workshop is designed as a deeply restorative experience, specifically supporting teams in recalibrating after periods of intensity, upheaval, or emotional drain.

 

Participants will learn and apply a range of practical relaxation techniques. This includes deep breathing, which is crucial for circulating oxygen effectively to the brain and calming anxiety, especially when contrasted with the short, shallow chest breaths that can impair brain function by limiting oxygen flow.

 

The program also incorporates progressive muscle relaxation, an effective method for releasing built-up tension in the muscles and increasing body awareness. Furthermore, the session introduces Polyvagal exercises to support nervous system regulation and includes values-based reflection alongside other energetic practices. The aim of these combined strategies is to restore overall balance, actively prevent burnout, and renew an individual's connection to their purpose, drawing directly from proven coping strategies to promote emotional balance and re-engagement.
